What happened during the 19 years after Voldemort's defeat?

I've tried this once before and got really dumb answers so PLEASE read this thoroughly and try to understand what i'm asking before answering. I've read all the books and seen all the movies so no one will spoil anything for me. I'm asking about what happened to the characters during those 19 years because JK Rowling did release info about it. I know a few but I want to know more. I just need a site address.
