As a Plaintiff in small claims court, how do I effectively argue consequential damages please read?

sounds like your doing a good job as long as you have all the reciets and make sure you get papers from mom and dad signed or bring one to court to say they are charging you. also maybe print out map quest showing differnce in distance from that apt from work and moms house from work.its amazing can afford lawyer but cant afford pay you
