What government would you entrust preserving your constitutional rights in?

The one elected by the people, or the one that took over by force because they did not get their way. Obviously, since they are overthrowing the elected government they will want to change the way it is elected. Perhaps you will not meet their criteria for voting. Of course if they do not like the way the vote turns out, they still have their guns.
