Should Minnesota and US Taxpayers be paying for installing inflatable pumps in illegal aliens?

No, this is absurd. How can they actually allow such ridiculous actions. Poor illegals, why would they need a pump in jail where they belong anyway. But I guess that is their culture, I have been hearing many things lately on their culture when it comes to things such as this. What will happen when it is used to commit another crime by this same illegal.
