Do you think it's humanly possible to do "remote viewing" or electronicly with "quantum teleportation"?

Like in the movie" Star Trek"; Captain Kirk asked his crews to put the image of a remote region on his big screen of the front deck. Without a camera focus on the region, how the heck can he pull up an image from that region?
