My vision gets really messed up. Normal?

After im on the computer for like 5 hours straight in a semi lit room... And then I go into the hallway where its a bit brighter, I see bright and dark lights at the same time which causes a blindness ( I can hardly see) it goes on for about 6 seconds. And it happens very commonly
