Yahoo messenger Im Bots?

Lately I have bee receiving IM's from people i used to talk to, but they are no longer that person, but rather instead a IMBOT spamming junk about IQ tests. Does Yahoo Even Intend to try and fix this ongoing issue? I mean it is rather bad when the ignore on doesn't even work, its also sad a former friends account seems to no longer be their own
