What do tennis sponsors pay for when they sponsor individual players? Coaches? Airfare? Room & Board on tour?

Do the top guys pay their own expenses from their winnings? Does a "Nike" or a "Reebok" only provide shoes and gear or do they help out with other stuff? How much does a player have to pay a good coach?
