So in this music video there's this boy in highschool and he is bullied, but he draws stuff that comes to life. He also makes the librarian undress. The band has a front man who looks like Ronnie Winter from the Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, but I don't think it's them. In the end there's this girl and she draws a fence and they become friends. Anyone know what song this is and by who?
