Is my belly on ring infected?

I got my belly on pierced about two months ago and it was healing properly. I did have some redness and crusting and all the stuff that was supposed to happen. And for awhile, it didn't hurt and I could move it around. I cleaned it twice a day everyday with antibacterial soap but lately I stopped and only do it once a day. Yesterday I noticed that it was startin to get red again. And when I touched the skin around my belly on I felt something hard like a bump or something. It feels pretty big. This morning I woke up and there was some crusting and then I must of done something to it because all of a sudden it started to secrete this white-ish maybe yellow liquid. I don't know if it's an infection or a sign of healing or something. I feel like it is infected. Any help?
