I really would like to help the homeless in stoke on trent in some way?

dont know what i could do or even where i would go.... weather it be me getting some donations of clothes to give out to the homeless of getting somefood together to give out..... any help would be great many thanks... i have searched the internet and dont seem to be able to find anything...
