HELP i dont want an eye exam?

im 13 had perfect eyesight all my life but since i broke my leg in summer i was on the computer all the time and it has damaged my eyesight, my school nurse referred me to an optician cause we had a yearly check, and now i have to go to the opticians but im petrified cause i am all about my looks and i would absolutely hate wearing gles.i have eye tests liek every 2 years and at my previous ones the doctor has said i have 20/20 vision all the time, now im reallly scared cause sometimes i do have problems seeing the board but i really cant get gles, i just cant what can i do?
