Free school milk to be abolished?

in light of the proposal by a tory politician to abolish free school milk for young children, can anybody tell me if the bars and restaurants in the house of commons are still subsidised? i know cameron ,in an interview last year, promised to stop this and wondered if,now he is M.P.,if his govt.still intended to go ahead with this. incidentally,i believe the the amount of money that would be saved by scrapping free school milk would be very small(comparatively) compared to the savings that would be made if these subsidies in the house of commons were to case.
