What is a good way to attract a boyfriend?

Ok so like i'm 14, and at my high school i really want a boyfriend bad its like everyone has this oh so perfect boyfriend and whatever, everyone has kissed a guy except for me everyone has had a boyfriend except for me. Its so embarrasing and sometimes i get mad and everyone laughs about it DONT SAY I AM UNDER PEER PRESSURE CAUSE IM NOT i j ust really want a boy friend everyone is all like O ITS SO GREAT TO BE IN LOVE U SHOULD TRY IT and blah blah blah! For me it might be a while befor ei have anyone because i always seem to push guys away when they flirt with me by ignoring them then i regret it when they give up even w hen they were acting immaturely, I also get really shy around guys and always thi nk if i had a boyfriend we both would be mocked about our relationship and what not i don't want either of us to go through that, my mom says i sho uld not be scared about having a boyfriend but i am...., she also says no boyfriend till 16 SO WHATEVER TO HER. i dunno maybe i'm just different from everyone else :(
