Is my amplifier fried?

My amp recently blew some fuses, so i had them replaced about 2 weeks later. within those 2 weeks a lot of snow happened, and unfortunately my amp is under the penger's seat of my truck where a lot of snowy shoes were near. When i got new fuses, I unplugged the power cable from my amp and the negative cable from my battery. I then put the fuses in, plugged in the power cable, then plugged in the battery cable. The problem is, when i was plugging in the battery, my sister said the amp started sparking, smoking and smelling. now it doesn't turn on. Is it cooked or can i get it fixed? If so, where can i do that.
