-Ichy and burns-?

ok so 1 day i was itchy on my hand and there was a little bubble there i thought it was heat rash cuss thats what i have well. the next day in the same spot there was more little and medium size bubbles there. the bubbles was itchy so i itched it tought it was just heat rash agian. then the other day i noticed in that same spot it was red and had bubbles little an medium the bubbles wasnt red just the skin the bubbles has pus in it as i can see. i didnt go in the woods so no pioson ivy or w\e. also theys bubbles just keep popin up like every day . its so itchy and it burns to not all the time but yea..
