Can vibrating resonant frequencies be used as a form of traveling?

Tesla once studied that it is possible create somewhat of an anti-gravity effect to an object by finding its resonating frequency then bombarding it with electromagnetic waves which caused the object itself to vibrate its frequencies to that same level of electromagnetic activity therefor negating all gravity fields within the area. Is it possible to move those frequencies in 3 dimensions such as up, down, left, right, forward and back?
